Plan and conduct wound rounds, maintain wound documentation and prepare wound anamnesis
Implement optimal wound prevention and avoid or minimize pain
Support treating physicians with conventional wound care
Train nursing staff (instruction and guidance on wound care, infection prevention)
Document individual basic and treatment care of residents (medication administration, care protocols, etc.)
Ensure nursing quality together with the team
Serve as a compassionate point of contact for residents and their families
Requirements
Completed vocational training as a registered nurse, geriatric nurse and/or health and nursing professional with additional qualification in wound management
Team player with empathy when interacting with residents and colleagues
Independent and solution-oriented working style
Willingness to work across all shifts
Basic IT affinity
