Lead, coach, and develop an operations team responsible for Wealth Banking Services client support
Set clear expectations, monitor performance, and provide ongoing feedback and development
Manage staffing levels, workflow distribution, and capacity planning to meet SLAs in a high-growth environment
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Oversee daily execution of client servicing activities, including: Teller-type transactions, Wire transfers, Loan payments, Account opening and maintenance, Ongoing client service requests
Ensure operational processes are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and risk mitigation
Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and accounting requirements impacting Wealth Management and Securities Services
Maintain strong operational controls and documentation
Partner with compliance, risk, and audit teams as needed
Partner with internal stakeholders across Wealth Management, Operations, and leadership teams
Communicate effectively with peers and leaders regarding performance, capacity, risks, and improvement opportunities
Support change initiatives related to growth, process optimization, and systems
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience
Three to five years of experience in trust and securities operational functions
Three to five years of management experience
Thorough knowledge of trust and securities operational functions, systems, procedures, products and services
Thorough knowledge and understanding of legal, regulatory and accounting principles which directly affect Wealth Management & Securities Services business lines and clients
Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills
Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Excellent supervisory and management skills, including a well-developed knowledge of human resources
Ability to manage multiple, unrelated tasks
Additional one to three years experience managing Managers preferred
