Own the design, delivery, and ongoing evolution of performance reporting and analytics for the Direct Sales organization
Track and report on key business and sales KPIs including sales activity, lead generation, retention activity, value‑added sales (MPS) , and USB deepening (referrals and compensation)
Produce executive‑ready insights that highlight trends, risks, opportunities, and performance against targets
Support campaign analytics and compensation reporting , including performance thresholds and required reporting files
Maintain reporting structures and hierarchies, ensuring alignment across BI platforms and master data (MDM)
Leverage Salesforce and related tools as key data sources for analytics, dashboards, and reporting
Partner with technical and BI teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems
Identify opportunities to automate or streamline recurring reports and reduce manual effort
Partner with Direct Sales leadership, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Business Intelligence teams to align reporting definitions and priorities
Support ongoing tracking of lead‑generation and retention activities in coordination with Marketing and Hybrid teams
Continuously improve reporting processes to better support sales execution and leadership decision‑making
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities
Experience in analytics, reporting, sales operations, or business operations roles
Strong ability to interpret data, identify insights, and communicate findings clearly to senior leaders
Experience working with CRM and reporting platforms (e.g., Salesforce, BI tools) in an analytics or reporting capacity
Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
Advanced project management knowledge preferred
