Develop new national used vehicle customers
Meet or exceed assigned quotas for units sold, percent of take pricing and new accounts
Independently identify, prospect and develop new Used Vehicle Sales (UVS) National Account opportunities
Develop a target account data base through independent research
Maintain consistent and ongoing relationships with national account customers
Provide upcoming new technology updates and information
Up sell ancillary value add products (i.e. Prepaid Maintenance options, Finance and Extended Warranty options)
Contribute and support the UVS team to increase sales with existing National Account customers
Research and understand the competitive influences and risks within each account
Provide accurate market feedback to management
Performs other duties as assigned

Bachelor's degree Business, Marketing or equivalent experience
Five (5) years or more experience demonstrated Sales Excellence (quote achievement)
Demonstrates problem solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
Must be self motivated
Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices
