About this role
Role Overview
- Manages all aspects of specific TPA sponsored plans
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients
- Contribute to increased profitability
- Serve as a single point of contact
- Provide immediate resolution to customer inquiries
- Collaborate with sales, record keeping and operations staff
- Identify and assist with plan retention opportunities
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 3+ years financial services industry experience
- Customer Services experience/skills
- OMNI experience required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
