About this role
Role Overview
- Work hand-in-hand with Outside Sales and Showroom Consultants
- Perform behind the scenes sales functions that ensure our customer's needs are being met
- Support the Sales team by delivering personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate order processing
- Update customer contracts and coordinate deliveries with the warehouse
- Answer sales calls for general information
Requirements
- Prior sales and/or customer service experience is preferred
- Exhibit strong skills for sales, including the ability to upsell
- Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs
- Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow through on commitments
- Highly motivated and customer service oriented mentality
- General digital literacy including Microsoft Office
- Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes
