Role Overview
- Maintain the financial integrity and accuracy of vendor funds programs
- Calculate rebate receivable and inventory reserve
- Make recommendations to sourcing regarding vendor agreements
- Track and suggest alternative purchasing plans
- Ensure compliance with sourcing agreements
- Provide direction to accounting department on payments
- Assist in creating clear sourcing agreements
- Reconcile vendor payments
- Analyze vendor submitted information
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years experience in this area or related field
- Medium to advanced knowledge of Excel, Access, Power BI, and SharePoint
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Fundamental knowledge of the supply chain process
