Director – Market Operations

Role Overview

• Lead and optimize marketing operations with a focus on portfolio and project management
• Drive efficiency and effectiveness across marketing processes and data management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution of marketing planning cycles
• Manage team performance using data and metrics to spot trends and reinforce best practices
• Act as subject-matter expert for state-specific issues and escalate market issues as needed
• Grow and develop team through regular meetings, training, and performance management

Requirements

• 3 + years of experience in title industry and/or leadership
• Experience with Qualia preferred but not required
• Familiar with all areas in the title process from start to finish
