Role Overview
- Extensive (4 days a week) travelling to customer sites around the country
- Maintaining a strategic forward look of events
- Supporting new site launches and attending promotional events
- Promoting services and providing hands-on support to end users
- Ensuring effectiveness of marketing material
- Coordinating calendar of events and visit schedules
- Liaising with various stakeholders involved in events
- Conducting research and gathering customer insights
Requirements
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and excellent time management
- Good customer service skills
- Demonstrable desire to learn in the communications and engagement field
- Confident communication and accurate drafting and writing ability
- Strong people skills with the ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to prioritise flexibly and use own initiative to deliver to tight deadlines
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
