About this role
Role Overview
- Direct and evaluate the department’s workforce including staff scheduling and performance
- Prepare operating budgets, including volume projections, expenses and revenue estimates
- Utilize data and metrics to lead the day to day clinical operations and coordination of patient care services in an ambulatory setting
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN), Healthcare Management, Business, or related healthcare field Preferred
- 2 years healthcare operations supervisory/management experience or three (3) years of progressive relevant leadership experience Required
- 5 years progressive, relevant supervisory/management experience Preferred
- Previous clinic/healthcare management experience Preferred
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) where patients are receiving care or may work as eligible per state licensing regulations Required
- Applicable clinical certification Preferred
