Role Overview

• Manage, plan, and direct fraud and legal mitigation frameworks
• Ensure compliance of programs and operations
• Collaborate with compliance and security to develop strategies
• Oversee implementation of tools and methods to mitigate fraud

Requirements

• Significant experience managing related activities in mortgage or other financial services industry
• Expert knowledge of pertinent federal and state laws, rules and regulations, policies, best practices, and industry standards related to mortgage activities
• Extensive experience managing multi-dimensional teams and projects
• Significant experience working with internal audit and external examiners
• Significant experience in leading, guiding, and mentoring others
• Advanced leadership skills and the ability to guide others
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field
