Drive follow-through on action items and ensure cross-functional alignment.

Requirements
5 or more years of experience providing executive-level administrative support to senior leaders.
Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority demands with exceptional organizational skills.
Demonstrated discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive-level presence.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Experience supporting senior leaders in a matrixed, global, or fast-paced organization.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges before they arise.
Experience tracking deliverables and coordinating across teams or project management tools.
