Role Overview
- Oversee Technicians through training/retraining, provider visits/THD location walks, field observations, and daily business operations.
- Support the Technicians and address any customer concerns and related technical issues.
- Responsible for hiring, training, development, and performance management for their assigned Technicians.
- Manage measure capacity, ensure specialist efficiency, and facilitate sales conversion growth.
- In partnership with location and field leaders, responsible for supporting store services programs by driving leads and measures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Minimum education: high school diploma or GED
- Minimum years of work experience: 3
- Preferred years of work experience: 3
- Minimum leadership experience: No previous leadership experience
