Own and execute the North American sales strategy, driving new customer acquisition and expansion of existing utility and system operator accounts
Build and maintain senior relationships with, ISOs / RTOs, and regulatory stakeholders and Utilities
Lead sales cycles, including RFPs, pilots, evaluations, and contract negotiations, navigating procurement processes and align sales strategy with regulatory and budget approval timelines
Partner closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure solutions meet North American grid planning requirements
Maintain deep knowledge of Long-term and regional transmission planning, Interconnection and resource adequacy planning and integrated systems planning processes.
Represent the company at North American industry conferences, working groups, and customer events
Accurately manage pipeline, forecasting, and revenue reporting to executive leadership
Requirements
10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with a strong focus on utilities, grid software, or power system technologies
Proven track record selling software solutions to
Utilities, ISOs / RTOs in the U.S. and Canada
Strong understanding of North American system operator and utility planning processes, including
Regional transmission planning, Interconnection studies, Reliability and long-term planning cycles
Experience navigating regulated markets, public procurement, and utility governance structures
Existing relationships with utilities, ISOs/RTOs, or grid planning stakeholders in North America
Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
