Partner with commercial and manufacturing leadership to develop compelling recommendations for senior management
Lead optimization initiatives, scenario development, and implementation of supply & market allocation decisions to achieve margin and growth targets
Facilitate and lead cross-functional teams, partnering with commercial and manufacturing operations to develop and pressure-test business cases
Drive robust end-to-end forecasting, budgeting, and reporting providing insightful analyses and recommendations to senior leadership
Lead simplification and automation initiatives, improve financial and operational processes
Conduct ad hoc strategic and commercial analyses
Manage and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field, including business, finance, engineering, or related field
10 years of experience in portfolio management, financial planning & analysis, manufacturing and commercial operations, and cross-functional leadership
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and lead in a matrix environment
