Provide leadership to the organization’s operational units including Business Excellence, vendor oversight, accreditation, mailroom, regulatory and policy oversight, and logistical coordination
Ensure the development of standards, systems, policies and procedures that align with established regulatory requirements
Develops and implements operational goals and objectives, providing leadership and expertise in the development, implementation, oversight, and evaluation of applicable programs/services
Manages quality assurance, targeted plans, goals, and activities in operational units
Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with business entities, centralized/corporate departments
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or related field or relevant experience equivalent to educational requirements
5 to 7 years of leadership/management experience in a healthcare and/or business setting
Experience in developing and implementing quality improvement plans
Experience in understanding and interpreting state and federal regulations
Excellent communications, human relations, and organizational skills
Proficiency in personal software applications, including word processing, generating spreadsheets, and creating graphics/presentations
