Ensure a welcoming, transparent, and timely candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to refine role requirements, review job descriptions, determine interview processes, and review candidate profiles.
High volume full cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including posting jobs, reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screens, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
Skilled at leveraging recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake) to proactively source talent and build candidate pipeline.
Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other HR staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, bonuses, start dates, and other pertinent offer details.
Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a positive and professional experience.
Provide regular and timely recruiting updates for hiring managers; proactively address constraints and work collaboratively to find solutions.
Identify and foster partnerships with local universities, trade schools, workforce centers, industry specific organizations, etc.
Optimize recruiting processes through use of technology, analytics, and workflow improvements.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Ensure proper file retention in all facets on the recruitment lifecycle.
Assist with generating reports, tracking open roles, and maintaining job posting accuracy.
Work closely with HR team on onboarding, new-hire documentation, and general process improvements.
Attends and participates in job fairs and recruiting sessions as needed.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of recruiting and HR experience required.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills needed.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment.
Strong organization, multitasking, and time management skills are essential.
Sourcing experience required (Linked In and Indeed preferred).
Experience using an ATS or HR software is required (multiple system experience is a plus).
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
Bachelor's degree (B.A or B.S.) from a 4-year college or University or 3
4 years' of related experience.
