Build and foster trusted relationships with stakeholders across Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, and beyond, driving adoption and retention through local cultural alignment.
Design and execute customized onboarding programs that help customers achieve their security goals, accounting for regional compliance and infrastructure nuances.
Advocate internally for the specific needs of the LATAM market, working with Product and Sales to ensure our roadmap reflects regional requirements.
Facilitate Strategic Business Reviews (QBRs) in both Spanish and English, using data-driven storytelling to demonstrate ROI and justify security investments to regional C-suites.
Mobilize internal and external resources to navigate technical and bureaucratic barriers to adoption in complex regional environments.
Requirements
5+ years in a customer-facing technical role, successfully engaging with executives and technologists in the LATAM Enterprise space
Native or near-native Spanish and professional English proficiency
Strong working knowledge of Developer or Application Security tools and workflows (e.g., GitHub, Jira, Jenkins, VS Code)
Proven record of leading technical or engineering programs and building business cases for digital transformation
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to handle objections and influence stakeholders within the specific hierarchy and business etiquette of Latin American corporations
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while managing customers across multiple time zones (from GMT-6 to GMT-3)
