You will be responsible for supporting internal voter turnout and persuasion programs to increase the impact and reputation of Movement Labs’ Core programs.
Your primary focus will be on efficient and excellent delivery of design, research, and campaign services.
Draft compelling and impactful messaging that align with voter turnout and persuasion program goals.
Take initiative in supporting experiment design, including drafting assets in collaboration with the Deputy Director and the Director of Program Management.
Support with election, voter turnout, and persuasion research on prospective internal campaigns as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to conduct full research as needed.
Effectively communicates and collaborates across verticals within the Program team and across teams at Movement Labs as needed.
Manage Asana, Slack, Loom, Google Suite, and Launchpad-based systems for project management and cross-team communications.
Support Deputy Director and Director of Program Management in developing documentation and automation to increase the efficiency of project management processes and improve the quality of voter outreach programs.
Support collaboration on program launches with Core Engagement Services team by contributing on interlock calls, learning new systems, and providing feedback on processes.
Support drafting program reports and experiment results decks, clearly conveying program details, RCT results, and drawing actionable insights.
Provide occasional project-management support of cross-functional team members during group projects.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in project coordination, program support, or operations (internships welcome)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Clear written and verbal communication skills, including documentation and status updates
Strong attention to detail
Ability to draft project deliverables while adhering to project timelines and action items with attention to detail
Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with data, spreadsheets, and systems
Experience executing voter turnout or persuasion campaigns
Comfortable with Asana, Slack, Loom, Google Suite, and Launchpad-based systems
Alignment with Movement Labs' mission and a desire to help build progressive power
Preferred:
Experience with Randomized Controlled Trials and large-scale text campaigns
