Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or greater in Actuarial, Management Information Systems, Risk Management, Human Resources
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to make informed and timely decisions
- Efficient time management and ability to prioritize tasks
