Role Overview
- Directly manage high-impact, cross-functional projects
- Develop and implement strategic project management plans
- Expected to Travel up to 20% of the time
Requirements
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
- Typically a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience
- Project management experience, including the ability to develop SWD project plans in a manufacturing/factory environment
- Scheduling, manage budgets including EV (earned value) techniques
- Manage R&Os and lead cross-functional teams to successful project completion
- Experience developing business cases and Return on Investment (ROI) analyses
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
