Provide leadership and guidance to teams on customer account planning, maintaining forecast accuracy.
Oversee the accuracy and quality of sales forecasts and pipeline health across teams.
Coordinate resources across sales teams to ensure adequate pipeline coverage and performance.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or revenue generating sales roles, preferably within a technology or SaaS environment.
2+ years of people management experience, leading sales professionals, team leads, or associate managers.
Demonstrated success leading teams to achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas.
Experience driving operational planning, account strategy execution, and sales forecasting.
Strong leadership, communication, and cross functional collaboration skills.
Experience coordinating resources across sales, partner, and marketing organizations.
