Role Overview
Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Data, and AI leadership to understand hiring priorities and develop strategic recruiting plans.
Own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical and product roles, from intake through offer and close.
Source, engage, and assess top technical and product talent using advanced sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn, niche platforms, communities, and personal networks.
Build and maintain diverse, high-quality talent pipelines aligned to current and future hiring needs.
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on market trends, candidate expectations, compensation insights, and interview best practices.
Drive continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency and quality of hire.
Leverage recruiting data and market intelligence to inform hiring strategies and pipeline health.
Maintain high standards of data integrity and pipeline tracking, using metrics to communicate progress and influence decisions.
Requirements
5+ years of technical and product recruiting experience, ideally within high-growth or fast-paced environments.
Proven experience hiring across multiple technical and product disciplines, such as Software Engineering, Product Management, Data, and AI/ML roles.
Strong track record of developing scalable, repeatable recruiting processes and best practices.
Deep expertise in both traditional and advanced sourcing techniques and experience using a wide range of sourcing tools.
Demonstrated success building diverse, high-quality talent pipelines.
Strong partnership skills, with experience collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, HR, Compensation, and Operations teams.
Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to guide decisions and improve outcomes.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to operate independently in a remote or distributed environment.
