Prospecting and qualifying leads from sectors such as e-commerce, marketplaces, social media, digital services, banks, software, and digital assets;
Conducting virtual product demonstrations and pitches highlighting product features like 24/7 real-time payments (via SoFi's SEN network), wire transfers by API, ACH origination, deposit accounts, and digital asset custody;
Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at target companies;
Negotiating contracts and closing deals to meet quarterly revenue targets;
Collaborating with product, compliance, and operations teams to tailor solutions;
Analyzing market trends and client feedback to refine sales strategies; and tracking performance metrics in CRM tools.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in financial services, payments, or technology sectors.
Demonstrated success in closing large deals with revenue targets exceeding $1 million annually, including experience with API-enabled products and real-time payment systems.
Strong knowledge of regulatory environments, including OCC regulations, compliance in digital assets, and banking charters, to effectively position SoFi's advantages.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics to track prospects, pipelines, and performance.
Experience targeting and selling to diverse customer segments, such as marketplaces, banks, stablecoin issuers, exchanges, and institutional investors.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for virtual pitches, negotiations, and relationship-building.
Ability to analyze client needs and map them to product features like deposit accounts, wires, ACH, SEN transfers, and digital asset infrastructure.
