Lead the creation and progress of North America Market (NAM) Asset Protection (AP) initiatives
Safeguard people and assets through risk mitigation actions and loss prevention strategies
Collaborate with retail and corporate leaders to develop strategic actions across the retail fleet
Create and drive loss mitigation tactics, champion AP platforms and training
Lead the NAM AP team and identify meaningful reporting and KPI’s for decisions
Set the future direction of NAM AP department through strategic planning

12+ years in Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, and/or Security in the public or private sector
Advanced learning and development, such as a post secondary degree in Criminal Justice, Occupational Safety, Security, or a similar business related field
Advanced certifications such as CFI, LPC, CLCP or other similar credentials
Experience effectively communicating data in a way that enables strategic decision-making
Strong advisor with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at a global level
Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills and proven experience building high-performing teams
Proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
Ability to inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
Passion for outdoor activities and living it
