Design solutions using advanced techniques (predictive modeling, text-mining, etc.) for marketing and digital strategies
Perform numerous analyses to support targeted profitable growth and customer experience improvement
Act as a subject matter expert in projects involving numerous departments such as DAI, Marketing, Digital, Pricing, Product, etc.
Work with 3rd party vendors to explore new data/process opportunities
Identify areas of opportunity that could help TDI achieve its growth objectives
Remain accountable for the success of acquisition, marketing and digital initiatives and drive results to achieve expected benefits and outcomes

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Actuarial, Mathematics or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in an actuarial role
Knowledge of an open-source programming language (e.g. Python, PySpark) and/or modeling/machine learning techniques
Has strong problem-solving skills and problem analysis skills
Effective written and oral communication skills in French and English
Strong collaborator who engages colleagues, business partners and external stakeholders
Superior interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
