About this role
Role Overview
- Undertake the full implementation lifecycle of Dynamics 365 including business analysis and requirement gathering
- Lead customer-client workshops
- Advise and instruct the customer on Microsoft Dynamics D365 Project Operations solution
- Produce appropriate documentation according to project methodology
- Ensure the implementation is correctly configured and customized
- Design modifications that allow customers to perform identified procedures
- Present to customers at all levels
- Communicate progress updates
- Train end users and provide on-going support
Requirements
- deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM)
- Lead solution design
- Guide clients through transformative ERP implementations
- Advise and instruct the customer
- Produce appropriate documentation to a high standard
- Ensure correct configuration and customization of Microsoft Dynamics D365
- Design modifications in Microsoft Dynamics D365 Project Operations
- Present to prospects and customers
- Communicate progress updates
- Train end users & provide ongoing support to customers
