Minimum 1–2 years of back-office administration experience in a mutual funds/investment firm
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks to meet daily deadlines
Team player, both within your own department and across the organization
Strong desire to develop subject-matter expertise over time, to communicate with and understand the functions of other teams within operations, and to take proactive steps toward that goal
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Familiarity and experience with Dataphile, Fundserv, CDS, and DTCC is an asset
Bilingual written and verbal proficiency in English and French is required to communicate fluently and effectively with partners, clients, and colleagues across Canada
Ability to work standard Eastern Time business hours**
