Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience in budget management and cost optimization
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management
Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in facility management operations
Professional certifications such as CFM (Certified Facility Manager) or IFMA credentials (preferred)
