Role Overview
- Oversee aspects of the implementation of the Contract for a Delivery Project
- Manage financial aspects of the Project, Subcontractors / Vendors
- Ensure a safe, quality outcome that meets or exceeds Company commitments.
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment through active participation in site planning, Safety Plan review, JHA approvals.
- Negotiate and prepare vendor purchase orders and subcontracts.
Requirements
- 4 Year Degree in Construction Management, applicable Engineering OR applicable field experience and 3+ years of experience.
- Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates emerging leadership skills and has the willingness to address challenges, resolve issues, and motivate others while maintaining relationships.
- Ability to multitask and willing to perform additional duties as necessary.
