Oversee aspects of the implementation of the Contract for a Delivery Project or a portion of a IS Delivery Project.
Manage financial aspects of the Project, Subcontractors / Vendors, and deliver a safe, quality outcome that meets or exceeds Company commitments.
Maintain a safe and secure work environment through active participation in site planning, Safety Plan review, JHA approvals, on-site tool box talks and conducting site walks with the Lead Construction Manager.
Assist the Senior Project Manager and Construction Manager for all project scope to ensure code and project requirements are met.
Understand the Project Budget and coordinate the management of the Contract delivery type
Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), Lump Sum, or Concession Agreement.
Negotiate and prepare vendor purchase orders and subcontracts in a timely manner to support the project schedule milestones.

4 Year Degree in Construction Management, applicable Engineering OR applicable field experience and 3+ years of experience.
Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrates emerging leadership skills and has the willingness to address challenges, resolve issues, and motivate others while maintaining relationships.
Manages outcomes by being resourceful and maintaining focus on safety, financial performance and client expectations.
Ability to multitask and willing to perform additional duties as necessary.
