Role Overview
- Managing and executing both buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence projects
- Analyzing historical financial data
- Identifying key trends behind the performance of a business
- Writing reports that set out our findings and recommendations
- Coaching and developing staff and senior associates
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance
- 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 4 years of related work experience
- Experience leading and managing others
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively on projects
- Expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically in using Excel and PowerPoint
- The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary
