Leading and managing an international team with deep knowledge in occupational health and safety, hearing conservation, hearing protection and protective communications equipment
Directing activities supporting the use of personal protective equipment in occupational settings including customer visits, gathering insights, thought leadership, and education and training
Driving key tasks related to new product development, product changes, commercialization, and complaint investigations
Participating in key applicable business activities including the leadership teams for hearing protection and protective communications equipment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
Five years of experience in occupational health and safety and / or personal protective equipment and / or personal communications systems in a private, public, government or military environment
Master’s degree in occupational health and safety, engineering, or one of the sciences or a related field
Experience / knowledge regarding personal communications equipment
People management experience
International experience or knowledge in occupational health and safety
Experience with product development and commercialization
Strong written and oral skills
Experience working in cross-functional teams
Fluent in English
