Develop and execute category strategies aligned with organizational goals, cost optimization, and risk management objectives
Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives, including market analysis, RFP/RFQ processes, supplier negotiations, and contract award recommendations
Analyze spend, supplier performance, and market trends to identify savings, consolidation, and value-creation opportunities
Serve as the primary business partner for assigned categories, aligning stakeholder needs with sourcing strategies
Ensure supplier adherence to contractual terms, pricing, service levels, and performance requirements
Monitor compliance with contract obligations, including audits, reporting, and performance scorecards
Identify and resolve contract deviations, non-compliance issues, and disputes in collaboration with Legal and internal stakeholders
Support contract lifecycle management, including renewals, amendments, and termination decisions
Maintain governance frameworks to ensure contracts are executed and managed consistently across categories
Establish and manage strategic supplier relationships, including regular business reviews
Track KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics to ensure suppliers meet contractual commitments
Drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers to enhance value, quality, and service delivery
Partner with Legal, Finance, Compliance, and Operations to ensure sourcing and contracting activities meet internal policies and external regulations
Identify and mitigate commercial, operational, and compliance risks within assigned categories
Support internal audits and compliance reviews related to supplier contract
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
10+ years of experience in category management, strategic sourcing, procurement, or contract management
Strong understanding of contract terms, compliance monitoring, and supplier governance
Proven negotiation skills with experience managing complex supplier agreements
Strong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis and performance metrics
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
