Build and Manage TSD Partner Relationships: Identify, engage, and grow relationships with key technology, channel, and strategic partners that align with Broadvoice’s go-to-market and product strategy.
Develop and Execute Partnership Strategy: Define and execute a comprehensive strategic partnerships roadmap that supports company growth and revenue objectives.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure partnership initiatives are integrated into core business operations and deliver measurable value.
Negotiate Deals: Lead deal structuring and contract negotiations to ensure favorable outcomes for Broadvoice while fostering win-win relationships.
Measure Impact: Establish KPIs and track performance of partnerships to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Provide regular reporting and insights to executive leadership.
Market Intelligence: Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances within SaaS, telecom, or technology sectors.
Proven track record of building and scaling strategic partnerships that generate significant business impact.
Strong understanding of unified communications, contact center solutions, or related technologies.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced, growth environment.
Experience working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
