Role Overview
Own end‑to‑end delivery of growth insights and optimization recommendations across strategic partners
Ensure partners receive clear, actionable guidance tied to performance improvement, growth, and adoption
Measure success based on incrementality and outcomes, not baseline activity or reporting volume
Translate standardized intelligence into repeatable activation models and playbooks
Drive scale through automation, templates, and consistent frameworks
Lead, coach, and develop a team focused on growth insights and optimization recommendations
Set clear goals, success metrics, and operating rhythms aligned to broader leadership priorities
Partner closely with Sales, PDMs, Optimization, and Partner Network stakeholders to drive execution
Own intake, prioritization, and execution workflows for partner‑facing work
Develop partner success narratives, summaries, and case studies that reinforce insights‑led value
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., marketing, statistics, economics, mathematics, business administration)
8-10 years of experience in growth optimization, performance improvement, or driving adoption initiatives for products, customers, or marketing campaigns
Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams in growth strategy, optimization, analytics, partner enablement functions
Proven ability to operate in cross‑functional, matrixed environments and influence without direct authority
Experience prioritizing work in fast‑moving environments with competing demands
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, including comfort presenting insights to senior stakeholders
Media, ad tech, retail media, or platform ecosystem experience preferred.
