Join a strategically aligned Philips Ambulatory Monitoring and Diagnostics team that leverages a robust internal network to unify key stakeholders, accelerate deal execution, and deliver meaningful customer value
Drive the AMD Enterprise strategy and develop, maintain, and expand enterprise-level partnerships with integrated delivery networks (IDNs) and healthcare systems
Drive commercial growth across AMD ensuring client success through alignment with IDN executive leadership and stakeholders
Lead the development and delivery of customer strategic plans demonstrating clinical, operational, and financial impact
Optimize workflows, capture value realization, and present Philips innovations to customers
Identify growth opportunities and risks through CRM data analytics and partnerships
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or related field
7+ years of sales experience in strategic enterprise sales
Cardiovascular experience preferred, but not required
Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles and enterprise customer relationships, ideally including C-suite engagement
Proven success managing executive relationships and complex sales cycles and track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
Strong negotiation, strategic selling, and analytical skills
Ability to collaborate internally and deliver results in a matrix environment
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage a complex pipeline with urgency and strategic focus
Willingness to travel regularly to meet with customers and support field activities.
