About this role

Lead all US commercial finance activities, ensuring timely, accurate, and actionable insights.
Oversee analysis of product and supplier performance to optimize P&L delivery.
Build and develop a high-performing commercial finance team.
Partner with senior leaders to shape multi-year sales plans and guide investment decisions.
Standardize and enhance reporting tools and processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Lead the implementation of the national Revenue Growth agenda and strengthen partnerships between commercial finance and corporate finance teams.

Bachelor’s degree; Master of Business Administration (MBA) or related graduate degree highly preferred.
Minimum 15 years of experience in consumer packaged goods or consulting, with deep expertise in commercial finance.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills and strong communication and influencing skills.
Proven success leading and developing high-performing teams.
Experience operating in fast-paced, matrixed environments with multiple priorities and complex business dynamics.
