Maintain accurate, up-to-date records, conduct physical inventories, and reconcile records
Ensure adherence to federal, state, and agency-specific regulations; support DCMA and customer audits
Control, protect, and maintain government property (equipment, materials) from acquisition to disposal.
Utilize systems like SAP to report on property status, transfers, and lifecycle events.
Work with current property management leads and program managers to further develop standard operating procedures
Requirements
Previous experience in property management, logistics, or asset management, often requiring knowledge of FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation)
Proficiency with inventory management software, Microsoft Office products, and database management
Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with government personnel, contractors, and internal teams
Experience with government-specific tools like the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) and enterprise software like SAP or eQuip
Must hold TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly
Highly desired certifications include the Certified Professional Property Specialist (CPPS), Administrator (CPPA), or Manager (CPPM) from the National Property Management Association (NPMA)
Knowledgeable in logistical support such as exporting, importing and shipping hazardous materials
