Manage the Elkay residential sales strategy and execution with our rep agencies, providing direction, training, and tools to ensure delivery of initiatives.
Convert new single family builder business to drive specifications and sales to Elkay showroom partners.
Manage customer relationships with key showroom personnel and execute strategic growth initiatives with showrooms to gain increased displays, stock, and joint pull through sales activities.
Drive increased specifications with residential architects and designers through brand awareness activities, product presentations, active involvement in networking associations, and other strategic initiatives.
Ensure successful residential new product launches including completing product training, launch events, and ensuring display gains.
Collect, analyze and report on residential trends and provide market information, including competitive information, programs and pricing to product management and marketing.
Manage implementation of showroom programs, promotions, and CRM adoption.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or equivalent field required.
8+ years of previous field sales experience – in either construction or showroom sales &/or sales management role.
Experience calling on home builders and A&D community preferred.
Location in territory
West coast.
CRM experience preferred.
Ability to travel 50% regionally.
