Manage global account(s) operating in multiple POS
Act as the client’s lead Global Account Manager
Collaborate with local account manager to aggregate and deliver data from all POS
Identify and support global process and offerings in other Egencia markets
Deliver regular Business Reviews to clients
Provide analysis and deliver recommendations to drive program adoption

Experience building client relationships in a commercial B2B account / portfolio management environment
Preferably come from a travel, technology, or SaaS background
Strong working knowledge of the Americas including Latin America, EMEA & APAC regions, culture, and business protocol
Ability to build relationships through mutual trust, respect and understanding
Self-motivated with demonstrated strengths managing multiple projects simultaneously
Exceptional negotiating and facilitation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook
