About this role
Role Overview
Develop, design, and refine executive-level PowerPoint presentations for MBRs, QBRs, offsites, strategy sessions, and cross-functional forums.
Translate complex business and technical information into concise, visually compelling storytelling.
Draft executive summaries, talking points, meeting notes, and communication materials.
Coordinate logistics for leadership meetings, workshops, planning sessions, and offsites.
Manage run-of-show documents, materials, seating charts, AV setup, and vendor coordination.
Prepare and track agendas, timelines, and event deliverables.
Support PMO governance routines including RAID logs, project updates, status reporting, and intake workflows.
Manage cross-functional schedules, dependencies, and action items.
Assist Project Managers and Program Managers with documentation, tracking, and communications.
Maintain SharePoint sites, Teams channels, and online project repositories.
Develop and maintain standardized templates for presentations, reports, and project documentation.
Help support organizational rhythms including operating cadences and planning cycles.
Serve as a connector across Technology, Operations, Distribution, Finance, and Product teams.
Facilitate communication flow between leaders and project teams.
Ensure timely alignment and follow-through on cross-departmental initiatives.
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in PMO support, executive administration, communications, operations, or coordination roles.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with demonstrated experience producing executive-ready decks.
Strong written communication skills with ability to distill and structure information clearly.
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple fast-moving priorities.
Experience coordinating events, leadership meetings, or workshops.
Familiarity with PMO tools (Asana, Planview, Jira, SharePoint, Teams) is preferred.
Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus.
