Lead development and execution of integrated communications strategies aligned to Organizational Change Management (OCM) objectives and program outcomes
Advise executive sponsors and program leadership on messaging, sequencing, and timing to support change adoption
Align communications plans to stakeholder readiness, change impacts, and delivery milestones
Design audience‑specific communications that reinforce behavior change and desired future‑state outcomes
Coordinate closely with training, stakeholder engagement, and change network activities to deliver a cohesive change experience
Support sustained adoption through targeted reinforcement communications
Establish communications governance, including message development, review, approval, and distribution
Maintain consistency of narrative while adapting tone and messaging to reflect client voice and leadership style
Oversee development of executive messages, toolkits, FAQs, presentations, and status updates
Serve as the primary communications lead within the OCM workstream and a trusted advisor to program leadership
Support executive and leadership communications, including talking points, briefings, and change narratives
Anticipate communication risks and proactively address stakeholder concerns
Define and monitor communications effectiveness metrics aligned to OCM goals
Use feedback and insights to refine messaging, channels, and delivery approach
Requirements
Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university
Minimum of 3+ (THREE) years of relevant experience
Demonstrated ability to write and adapt messaging to reflect client voice, executive intent, and organizational culture
Exceptional strategic writing and storytelling skills
Prior experience working as a communications specialist, including drafting tailored communications across multiple channels (web, written, print, video)
Ability to consolidate and digest technical information / information from multiple, disparate sources into clear and concise communication
Experience maintaining and managing communications repositories, trackers, stakeholder inventories and distribution lists
Experience operating in matrixed, multi‑workstream environments
Highly proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint with ability to learn new software systems when necessary
The ability to work as part of a team and prioritize resources and time effectively
Ability to travel to client locations and GH Office locations as needed
