Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy for the enterprise channel, comprising broker dealers, banks, RIAs, asset managers, and retirement recordkeepers.
Collaborating with business leaders and key partners around business strategy, GTM activities and product roadmap.
Coaching, training, and support of sales team members in the pursuit of individual and collective goals.
Forecasting sales activity and revenue achievement.
Supporting increased focus of large enterprise-wide engagements.
Strategic oversight of the creation of presentations, proposals and RFP responses.
Develop strategic sales plan (individual and team) around the identification of specific accounts in order to sell Fi360 and ijoin solutions and maximize revenue opportunities.
Introduce Broadridge to senior executives at potential clients and develop and expand these relationships both horizontally and vertically within account.
Develop realistic approaches to solving business problems while meeting client requirements.
Support sales team members during onsite and virtual client meetings as needed, and represent Broadridge at conferences and industry events.
Requirements
15+ years in sales within the Financial Services Industry
Results-oriented professional with extensive sales experience in b-to-b sales; selling technology and data solutions to C-level stakeholders.
Deep knowledge of Financial Services Industry, specific to the retirement, wealth, and asset management segments.
Prior sales leadership experience required.
Skilled negotiator and experienced leader in managing client relationships.
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales quotas and effectively forecast and manage to quotas.
Excellent C-level oral, written, and presentation skills.
Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
Willingness to travel to clients and prospects.
Bachelor’s Degree with strong record of academic achievement.
Previous training in and experience with a sales methodology.
Strong technical foundation; ability to use CRM, Office, social tools, etc.
