Solution design and development: Design and implement AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations following industry and organizational best practices
Develop scalable front end and back end modules for content management and digital experience delivery
Ensure AEM solutions are aligned with functional requirements, customer experience goals and branding standards
Support authoring teams with efficient content structures, reusable components and intuitive authoring workflows
Optimize performance, accessibility and security of AEM sites and integrations
Collaborate in configuring AEM Cloud or on premise environments including dispatcher caching rules and deployment processes
Integrate AEM with analytics, marketing automation, APIs and enterprise systems as needed
Support testing cycles by ensuring stable components, resolving defects and validating integrated user journeys
Work with business analysts, UX teams, architects and QA engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions
Provide guidance to junior developers and contribute to code reviews and best practice enforcement
Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide clear status updates, risk identification and mitigation recommendations
Identify enhancement opportunities in content architecture, workflows and development processes
Stay updated with Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities and contribute to capability development within the practice.
Requirements
Strong hands on expertise in Adobe Experience Manager including component development, Sling models, JCR structures, workflows, templates, and dispatcher concepts
Experience in front end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and integration with AEM front end layers
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and related marketing tools
Knowledge of REST integrations, content modeling, cloud readiness and performance optimization
Understanding of insurance processes such as policy billing, claims and customer journey workflows
Knowledge of SDLC, Agile delivery methods, CI/CD pipelines and secure coding practices
Strong communication, analytical thinking and problem solving skills
Ability to collaborate with distributed teams and manage deliverables independently
Capability to work directly with client stakeholders in a consulting oriented environment.
