About this role

Support supply chain initiatives related to spares availability and lifecycle management
Drive end-to-end delivery of system enhancements and new capabilities
Collaborate with engineering, IT, developers, and cross-functional business teams to define and execute solutions
Lead and participate in design discussions, solution reviews, and testing cycles
Gather detailed requirements from supply chain, logistics, sourcing, planning, and data governance teams
Create business requirements documents, process flow diagrams, functional specs, and project plans
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements
Partner with supply chain, engineering, analytics, logistics, data governance, and sourcing organizations

Supply chain system implementation experience
Technical project or program management experience
Strong business analysis and documentation skills
ERP and enterprise system experience
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience with tools such as SharePoint, Excel/Power BI, PowerPoint, MS Project, Loop, ADO, and SAP
