Responsible for growing KEEN Canada’s direct-to-consumer business through digital marketing.
Focus on acquiring new fans and building lasting relationships through various channels.
Collaborate closely with the eCommerce team to plan and optimize digital campaigns.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to improve efficiency and return on investment.

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required.
Minimum three (3) years experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or eCommerce (brand, agency, or B2B/B2C environment).
Prior experience with email marketing, SEO/SEM, and digital campaign execution.
Working knowledge of CMS, CRM, and analytics tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Ability to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution.
