Legislation Editorial Manager

Role Overview

• Manage people, priorities, and processes across North America to ensure the timely delivery of online statutory and code updates
• Coordinate the acquisition, processing and publication of legislative content
• Provide day-to-day line management for editors and analysts
• Monitor team and individual performance measures such as timeliness, volume and error rates
• Identify process improvements within existing frameworks

Requirements

• Experience in legal editorial work, legal publishing or regulatory content operations
• Working knowledge of US and/or Canadian legislation and editorial conventions
• Proven experience managing or mentoring editorial contributors in a delivery-focused environment
• Comfortable working with established workflows, performance measures and quality controls
