Role Overview
- Assess the scope of each project and complete a project quote
- Communicate with the Project Management team to ensure client requests are met
- Prepare quotes and calculate turnaround times for clients
- Conduct follow-up of quotes to achieve target acceptance rate
- Monitor client satisfaction and detect new sales opportunities
- Advise clients on project management and reduce administrative tasks
- Meet targets in key performance indicators
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in customer-facing activities related to the localization/translation/project management fields
- Fluent in English
- Total Command of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of other languages is desirable
- Middle or higher-level vocational training in administration or university degree is essential
- Master's degree is desirable
