- Financial Management: Monthly financial/operations reviews, Budgeting, Joint Venture Reporting, Special Projects
- Growth Management: New Clinics, Growth strategy sessions, Forecasting
- Leadership: Interpret data, develop solutions, drive accountability, coach non-finance oriented TMs on how to use Excel tools and manage a P&L
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong alignment with our Mission and Values.
- Expert-level computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel required; intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Demonstrated track record of presenting to executive leadership
- Healthcare industry background a plus
- Experience implementing AI workflows
- Expert level computer skills and proficiency in finance/accounting systems like Essbase, MS excel, word, outlook and power point required
